Initiate a Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the projector in its original factory packaging, including all remote controls, cables, manuals, and protective foam inserts to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
